Welcome your guests in style with our customizable, handcrafted Welcome Binder. Our versatile guest handbook is the perfect solution for vacation rental hosts looking to impress and inform their visitors about the house and the surrounding attractions. Remove and refill pages or plastic sleeves as needed!

Customization:
• Choose cover color.
• Personalize the cover inlay as needed. Feel free to include a photo, your logo, text. Just be in touch with your ideas. We accommodate.
• Share your thoughts and we'll be in touch with a mock up within 24 hours.

Our Welcome Binders:
• 3 brass screw posts are provided for easily adding and removing pages or sleeves as needed.
• Made to hold pages OR plastic sleeves for pages that are 8.5 x 11".
• Holes are placed at the standard 3 ring binder location.
• Hard back, hand-crafted here in house.
• The inverted spines compensate for the swell of items added to the pages or sleeves.

The Brass Screw Posts
• By default we send .75" screw posts that easily hold up to 50 sheets of thick 32 lb  paper.
• You can request 1" screw posts that hold up to about 80 sheets of thick 32 lb paper.

The Options:
• Covers only: you can use them with any standard size 8.5 x 11" pages OR with plastic sleeves for this size paper.
• Covers + 50 pages: we send 50 sheets of heavy weight (32 lb), white paper with pre-punched holes. You can custom print them on your end as needed.
• Covers + 20 sleeves: we send 20 plastic sleeves (empty), for holding letter sized pages. You can fill them as needed on your end. Top loading.
• Covers + 50 pages + 20 sleeves: we send 50 sheets of paper AND 20 plastic sleeves.

The PDF Template:
• We can customize the 1 page template seen here. Just let us know what prompts you need for your renters.
• Heads up! We cannot custom print the pages for you. The PDF file is for you to print as needed on your end.
• You may also combine our Welcome Binders with Canva templates or informative content you have created yourself. The standard 8.5 x 11" size make these screw post albums a versatile solution for informing your guests. The removable pages means you can easily update the content as needed.
