HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
· SHIPPING IS FREE within the USA on individual orders. You can upgrade to a faster shipping service at check out, but we still need those 10-14 days of production time. Be in touch and we can tell you when your order will ship.
DO BULK & WHOLESALE ORDERS SHIP FREE?
· Bulk and wholesale orders ship at actual cost, calculated for your specific order and included in your custom quote. Since these are larger, personalized runs, they're priced and shipped a little differently than individual orders.
· Production timelines for bulk orders vary by quantity and complexity, we'll give you a specific timeline with your quote rather than the standard 10-14 days.
WHEN WILL MY CUSTOM, HAND BOUND BOOK SHIP?
· Usually we can ship individual book orders (not bulk) to US addresses in 10-14 days. If you are on a tight timeline, do consult turn around times before ordering! We always try to accommodate or provide alternative solutions. The nature of hand-bound books means we need enough time to sew, press and dry your book before shipping. It's pretty cool, actually. When your order comes in, we write to you within 24 hours with a cover mock up and with a shipping date.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
· We ship USPS Ground Advantage, from Oregon, USA. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information via e-mail so you can follow the progress of your shipment. You can upgrade to a faster shipping service at check out, but we still need those 10-14 days of production time. Be in touch and we can tell you when your order will ship.
DOES TRANSIENT BOOKS SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?
· Yes! We currently ship to Canada, Australia, Greenland, Hong Kong, India, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Choose your shipping method at checkout. Customs fees and import taxes are handled on your end.
· Somewhere else in the world? Send us a message and we will help make it happen.
· We're sorry, but we've temporarily stopped shipping to the European Union due to new EU packaging regulations that require additional registrations, reporting, and compliance measures for businesses selling to European customers. As a small business based outside the EU, the requirements are unfortunately too complex and costly for us to maintain EU sales at this time. We truly appreciate your interest in Transient Books and hope to be able to offer shipping to Europe again in the future.
