• 14-Day Returns & Refunds: Changed your mind? No worries! You’ve got 14 days from delivery to send your order back to us—no questions asked.

• How It Works:
1. Pack up the book, just as you got it.
2. Ship it back to us at Transient Books, 1750 Saginaw St S, Salem, OR 97302.
3. We'll issue a refund as soon as it arrives.

• Exchanges: Got a defective or damaged item? Let us know! We'll happily replace it in a timely manner.

• Bulk & Wholesale Orders: Since these are fully custom and quoted just for you, they work a little differently. Once your free mock-up is approved and payment is received, we begin production right away, at that point your order is final and isn't eligible for our standard 14-day return. If anything arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away and we'll make it right.

• Shipping: Unfortunately, we can’t cover the return shipping costs, but once your book arrives back to our Oregon address, we'll take care of getting a refund to you right away.
