This is the second time purchasing from Transient Books and I highly recommend! They were very communicative and the book turned out exactly as described.

They were taking a break after the holidays and offered to cancel the order if it wouldn't get here on time. I opted to keep the order and they did a image mock up for me to show my boyfriend on their birthday. It did finally get here, right around when they said it would and it is beautiful. They even did a different drink image for me that is his favorite cocktail. This is my 2nd book from them (one white and one kraft) both have been beautifully made and I will be going to them for anything like this. Their customer service is above the rest and the quality is amazing.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the custom book I ordered for my husband’s birthday!!! Delivery was scheduled for early February but when I mentioned his birthday was the end of January they made sure it was delivered on time!! We have been using Transient Books for about the last 4 years. They create the guest books for our vacation rentals. Their books not only look amazing, they have held up extremely well! Their communication is on point and this last shipment arrived a whole week earlier than expected!

In all my 66 years “seasoned”, I have never interacted with such a caring meticulous seller/merchant/shop. They offer suggestions and lots of choices. Our friends just bought a new camper and I saw the Travel Journal and that was IT!! They can keep it in their camper and/or truck and make notes as they travel. It is extremely well made!!

They took the time to work with me on the design I wanted and sent many options until we found the right one. They were through with the entire process and when I checked in with shipping they gave me an update and were able to accommodate all my asks. The book came out BEAUTIFUL and I would order again in a heartbeat.
