• Yes, our personalized wedding guest books are designed to lay open flat.
• The hand-sewn folios create a strong yet flexible foundation that allows your book to stay open for display or everyday use.
• Our photo guest books with removable pages also lay flat on the right side, and their loose-leaf design makes them simple to work on before assembling if necessary.

• How are your bridal sign in books made?

Each bridal guest book is handcrafted in our bindery using traditional techniques and archival materials.
• The Guest Books (8 x 10", landscape):
We sew together folded folios (sections of pages) to create a strong, flexible foundation. Reinforced spines add durability, and hardback covers wrapped in canvas or heavy paper bring timeless elegance. Each cover is pressed to perfection as it dries.
• Photo guest books with removable pages (8.5 x 11"):
These are also handcrafted in-house, but instead of sewing, we use a sturdy screwpost binding. This structure allows the pages to be removed, added, or rearranged—ideal for photo booth events and scrapbooking.

• Will pen ink leak through the pages?

• No, pen ink will not bleed through our pages.
• We use heavyweight, matte paper that works beautifully with ink, pencil, crayons — you name it.
• We’re especially big fans of good gel-cap pens.

• Can I add photos to the pages of my wedding guest book?

• Yes, you can add photos to the thick pages of our guest books.
• On our 8 x 10" landscape guest books, the pages are sturdy enough for photo mounting, though the covers may swell as more content is added.
• For lots of photos on each page, we recommend our Photo Guest Books for Weddings, which feature removable pages and inverted spines that compensate for the swell.

• Can I create my own personalized wedding guest book cover design?

• Yes, you can use your own design for your custom book cover.
• Send us your artwork, photo, monogram or layout idea, and we’ll adapt it to fit your book beautifully. Just be in touch with your ideas.
• We gladly provide free cover mock ups so you can see how your book will look before ordering.

• Do you custom print the pages of your books?

• We aren't able to custom print the pages of our handbound books. You get to choose BLANK or LINED for the pages.
• Additionally, we can custom print the inside covers with personalized messages, instructions, photos, or a bit of history.
